El Complejo Cultural y Deportivo Parsian Jamaran está ubicado al norte de Teherán y en un área municipal.

El complejo cuenta con 3 rutas de acceso desde la calle Yasser (carretera principal), la calle Sexta como la segunda villa, y la calle Sadeghi Qomi.

El complejo está limitado al este por parque Jamshidieh, al oeste y noroeste por Imamzadeh Qasem, al oeste por Darband, al norte por las alturas de Kolakchal, y al sur por la calle Shahid Khalili y la visión de la ciudad Teherán.
